Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Promise
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all initial purchases and subscription renewals. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, contact our support within 14 days of the transaction for a full refund.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
For users in India, payments are processed by Razorpay. The same 14-day refund policy applies to all Razorpay transactions.
3. Subscription Plans
CocoConvert offers Pro, Business API, and Enterprise subscription plans, available as 24-hour passes, monthly plans, or annual plans. All plans are billed in advance and provide immediate access to premium features upon payment.
4. Free Tier
The free tier lets you convert up to 5 files per hour with no payment required. There is no commitment or obligation. If you upgrade to a paid plan, you can cancel at any time.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your account reverts to the free tier when the paid period expires
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email us at support@cococonvert.com with your account email and transaction details
- Or use Paddle's billing portal to request a refund directly (for international transactions)
- Or use the Contact page and select "Billing / Refund" as the topic
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. EU Consumer Rights
EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), in addition to the guarantees provided by this policy.
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds and cancellations are governed by the individual agreement between CocoConvert and the enterprise customer. Contact your account manager or email us for details.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
