By using cococonvert ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

cococonvert provides free online file conversion between various formats including images, videos, audio, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and more. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Upload illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

Files uploaded to cococonvert are temporarily processed for conversion and automatically deleted after processing. We do not retain, analyze, or share your files. You retain all rights to your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert the files you upload.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

The free tier includes ads and is subject to file size and rate limits. Paid subscriptions offer enhanced features as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Excessive usage, abuse, or sharing of API keys may result in suspension. Enterprise API customers are bound by separate service level agreements.

cococonvert is not responsible for any loss of data, corruption, or damages resulting from the use of the Service. The Service is provided for convenience— always keep backups of your original files.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The cococonvert name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The open-source tools we use (FFmpeg, Sharp, LibreOffice, Pandoc) are governed by their respective licenses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these terms are violated.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the website.
